# Homestretch by Onyx Haven Labs

> Homestretch is a quote-first, flat-price service that finishes and tests mostly-built ("vibe-coded") web apps and hands them back deploy-ready. You submit a GitHub repo (read access) and 2-3 sentences describing what "done" means. We review and quote one flat tier (Starter $49 / Standard $149 / Plus $299). You pay via Stripe payment link only if you accept. AI agents with human oversight then finish and test the code and deliver a pull request (or fork/branch), a DEPLOY.md with one-command steps and required env var names (never values), a change summary, and—when feasible—a temporary demo preview on our infrastructure using fake/demo data (removed after handoff). You merge and deploy yourself. Your accounts, secrets, and bills stay with you. Never send us API keys or hosting credentials.

## Process
1. Submit: GitHub repository URL + what "done" means (intake form or email). Public repo or read-only collaborator invite. Platform name welcome; never secrets.
2. Review & quote: we scope remaining work and quote Starter ($49), Standard ($149), or Plus ($299). If scope exceeds the tier, you get an upgrade offer for the difference or a full refund.
3. Pay: Stripe payment link after you accept.
4. Deliver: agents finish and test; you receive a PR, DEPLOY.md, change summary, and when feasible a temporary demo preview on our infra. You merge and deploy.

## Pricing (fixed one-time USD)
- Starter (Polish & Deploy on the site): $49 — bug fixes, cleanup, deploy-ready production build, DEPLOY.md, change summary, demo preview when feasible.
- Standard (Finish & Harden): $149 — everything above, plus fixing broken flows/edge cases and testing core user paths.
- Plus (Feature Complete): $299 — everything above, plus building missing features/integrations such as auth, payments, and data.
If the definition of done changes, extra work is a new flat-price job, not hourly.
