Homestretch · Web apps

Your app's in the homestretch. We bring it home.

You vibe-coded it to 80%. We ship the last 20. Send your GitHub repo and a few sentences on what "done" looks like. AI agents scope it, quote a flat price, then finish and test the code and hand you a deploy-ready pull request plus a deploy guide. You merge and deploy—your accounts and secrets stay yours.

What is Homestretch

A flat-price finishing service for AI-built web apps.

Homestretch is a service from Onyx Haven Labs, an independent IT consultancy, for people who have built most of a web app with AI coding tools but haven't shipped it. You send a GitHub repository link and two or three sentences describing what "done" means. AI agents review the code, scope the remaining work, and quote one flat price: $49 Starter (Polish & Deploy), $149 Standard (Finish & Harden), or $299 Plus (Feature Complete). Once you pay, the agents finish and test the app and deliver a pull request, a DEPLOY.md guide, a change summary, and—when feasible—a temporary demo preview on our infrastructure. You merge and deploy yourself. We never need your hosting, DNS, or production secrets. Homestretch handles web apps only for now.

How it works

Repo in. Deploy-ready PR out.

No calls, no hourly billing, no scope creep—and no access to your cloud accounts. Just a clear definition of done and a fixed price.

01

Send your repo

Share the GitHub link (public, or we'll ask for read-only collaborator access) and describe what "done" means in 2–3 sentences. Name your target platform if you know it (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare, Fly). Never send API keys.

02

Get a flat quote

AI agents read your code, scope the remaining work, and send back one fixed price. You approve it and pay, or walk away. No obligation.

03

Get a deploy-ready handoff

Agents finish the build and test it. You get a pull request, a DEPLOY.md with one-command steps and env var names (not values), a change summary, and—when feasible—a temporary demo preview on our infra. You merge and deploy.

  • Bug fixes and rough-edge cleanup
  • Deploy-ready production build + DEPLOY.md
  • Change summary; demo preview when feasible

Finish & Harden

Works on your machine, but not quite reliably.

Starting at$149
  • Everything in Polish & Deploy
  • Fix broken flows and edge cases
  • Testing across core user paths

Feature Complete

A few features still missing before launch.

Starting at$299
  • Everything in Finish & Harden
  • Build out missing features
  • Integrations like auth, payments, and data

Your final price is fixed in your quote before you pay. Web apps only at launch.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What kinds of projects do you take?

Web apps only for now: things built with tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or plain prompting that are mostly working and need to get over the line. No mobile apps or desktop software yet.

Who actually does the work?

AI agents do the scoping, building, and testing, run by Onyx Haven Labs, an independent IT consultancy. We hand back a PR and deploy guide; you deploy on your own accounts.

How is the price decided?

Agents review your repo against your definition of "done" and quote one flat price. Small polish-and-handoff jobs start around $49. Adding missing features runs up to around $299. You see the price before you pay.

What do I get back?

A pull request (or fork/branch) with finished, tested code; a DEPLOY.md with one-command steps and required env var names (never values); a change summary; and when feasible a temporary demo preview on our infrastructure. Your code stays yours. You merge and deploy.

Do you need access to my repo?

Read access only. A public repo link works, or invite us as a read-only collaborator on a private repo. We do not need write access, hosting logins, DNS, or your API keys—and you should never send secrets to us.

What if my idea of "done" changes midway?

The quote covers the definition of done you sent. If you want more, we'll scope it as a new flat-price job, never a surprise invoice.
