Process
How Homestretch works
Homestretch is a quote-first service. You send a mostly finished web app. We review it, quote one flat tier, you pay via Stripe, and AI agents with human oversight finish and test the code and hand back a deploy-ready pull request plus a deploy guide. You merge and deploy—we never need your hosting logins or secrets.
Submit your repo
Use the intake form with a GitHub URL and 2–3 sentences on what “done” means. Public repos work; for private repos, invite us as a read-only collaborator. Never send API keys or hosting logins.
Get a flat quote
We review the code against your definition of done and quote one tier: Starter $49, Standard $149, or Plus $299. No obligation until you pay.
Pay, then we hand off
Accept the quote and pay via Stripe. Agents finish and test. You get a pull request, DEPLOY.md (one-command steps + env var names, never values), a change summary, and—when feasible—a temporary demo preview on our infrastructure. You merge and deploy. Your code stays yours.
What each tier usually covers

Prices are fixed one-time USD amounts for the scoped work—not hourly. If your definition of done changes after you start, extra work is a new flat quote.

FAQ
Do I pay before or after the quote?
Quote first. You only pay via Stripe if you accept the flat tier we recommend.
What if scope is bigger than the tier?
Upgrade for the difference or a full refund—your choice. No hourly surprises.
Web apps only?
Yes at launch. No mobile or desktop apps yet. Built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or plain prompting is fine.
Do you deploy into my cloud account?
No. We never ask for hosting, DNS, or cloud credentials. You merge our PR and deploy yourself using DEPLOY.md. When feasible we host a temporary demo preview (fake data, no your secrets) on our infrastructure and remove it after handoff.
